WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

On our standard orders we are happy to offer returns if you are unhappy with your purchase, just contact us with your query.

Unfortunately we do not offer returns on our custom orders as these are designed and made to order. However, please see do contact us if you have any issues with your order.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We happily accept cancellations within 24 hours of delivery. Just pop us a message on our "Contact us" form or at ohmydaysshop@gmail.com

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept most major card retailers and Paypal.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOMISATIONS?

Yes! If you would like a small change to one of our standard cards, such as name / colour then please just let us know in the "notes" box when you order.
